Client Relationship & Events Manager

Location: Hybrid or Fully Remote
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary:£28,000–£30,000 (depending on experience)
Travel: Regular travel across Europe with occasional international travel

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing client relationships while delivering world-class events.

You’ll become the day‑to‑day contact for a portfolio of sponsors, ensuring every event is delivered professionally while identifying opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and support future growth.

• Manage assigned sponsor and client relationships
• Deliver onsite event operations across Europe
• Support speakers, moderators, and delegates during live events
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements
• Identify account growth and upselling opportunities
• Gather client feedback and market intelligence
• Represent Info Team International at international events

• Experience in account management or client services
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and confidence negotiating with clients
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
  
  Willingness to travel internationally
• B2B conferences, forums, or sponsorship-led events
• Corporate events industry experience
• Existing professional network within events
