Security Supervisor - Mobile

Pay Rate: £17.20 p/h.

Vehicle:
Company vehicle provided.

SIA Licence and Driving Licence required.

• Mobile patrols, lock ups and unlocks.
• Response to alarm activations as requested by the communications centre.
• Site visit inspections in accordance with management instructions.
• Proficient use of relevant communications equipment.
• Ensuring all H&S policies are adhered to.
• Assist staff and visitors to the sites.
• Ensuring that no unauthorised persons are permitted in prohibited areas.
• Maintaining an accurate record of any incidents that occur.
• Undertaking other duties as reasonably required.

• Ensure the company vehicle is roadworthy at all times (Daily Vehicle Checks).
• Respond to all alarm activations in a timely manner.
• Accurately report all findings from alarm activations.
• Maintaining an accurate record of any incidents using the appropriate reporting procedure.
• Unlock and lock up client's premises in line with the Assignment Instructions and client procedures.
• Ensure all relevant information is passed over on handover.
• Complete schedules to record site visits.
• Complete all required key registers and seal logs.
• Inform line managers of any changes to details, job specifics, or issues at site.

• Current SIA licence.
• Full Clean driving licence held for a minimum of 5 years.
• Experience with mobile and key holding duties preferred but not essential.
• Smart and confident.
• Reliable and self-motivated.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good IT skills – use of Samsung Tablet.
• Customer/client awareness.
