B&M Retail is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to protect people, stores and assets across our retail network. This field-based role leads guarding teams, monitors performance and ensures compliance with security policies and procedures.
You will recruit, induct and train Security Officers and Store Detectives, conduct store visits, and plan rotas while reporting incidents and supporting investigations. A UK driving licence is required.
