We are seeking a skilled and motivated Painter & Decorator to join our dynamic team. The role is offered via direct employment, and we also consider candidates who want to join on a self‑employed basis.

We service postcodes EH, G, ML, KY & KA. Our work is primarily within the insurance industry; experience in this field is desired, but not required.

This range is provided by Masterfix Property Services. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

• NVQ Qualifications or similar, with time served also considered.
• UK driving licence required.
• Company van provided for business use (for self‑employed candidates own van is required).
• Own tools required.
• Strong background in the building industry, with skills in decorative papering, hanging, patch repair and plaster preparation, painting and decoration.
