Employment Coordinator

Your role, as an Employment Coordinator, is to provide support to people who have barriers to work to make progress towards and achieve well‑paid, sustainable employment. In addition to this you will plan and deliver engaging group sessions, including accredited digital skills qualifications, to develop participants' confidence, skills and progression towards employment.

• Support people with barriers to work in achieving well‑paid, sustainable employment.
• Plan and deliver group sessions with digital skills qualifications.
• Develop participants' confidence and skills for employment.
• Manage your own workload and prioritise tasks as required.
• Work autonomously, making the right decisions for clients.

• The drive, energy and commitment to support people to obtain high‑quality, well‑paid jobs.

• Some knowledge of the local community.
