Horton Housing Association is recruiting a part-time Support Coach for the LIFE Craven team in Craven. The role is 27.5 hours per week across four days, focusing on helping people we support achieve personal goals and become tenancy ready.
You will work with individuals to devise tailored support plans, assist with welfare access and life skills coaching, and perform welfare checks while adhering to safeguarding policies. A full UK driving licence is required.
