Torbay Council is seeking a Young Parents & Sexual Health Engagement Practitioner to support young parents under 25, within the With Youth team. You will provide one-to-one and group support, help navigate local services and shape activities to meet families’ needs.
The post involves promoting contraception and sexual health in a supportive, non-judgemental way, working with Family Hubs, health services, education settings and partners to strengthen pathways and improve outcomes.
