Cornwall Voluntary Sector Forum is seeking an Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Practitioner to deliver IPS within a holistic recovery plan for mental health service users who have experienced mental ill health and unemployment.
The role is co-located at Trevillis House, Liskeard, and embedded within the Caradon Community Mental Health Team, where you will help clients gain and retain paid employment and support their journey to work.
