Social Interest Group (SIG) in Brent is seeking a Housing Support Worker to help participants at risk of homelessness. You will deliver person-centred support through tailored plans and practical interventions in a trauma-informed setting. You will work with partner services, signpost to local providers, and support residents toward independent living.
Lone working is possible, with a team around you. The role requires empathy, experience with complex needs, and flexibility across outreach sites
