Rock Trust is recruiting a Project Worker to support young people aged 16-25 across the Fife Short Term Housing Support Project. Based in Lochgelly, you will provide emotional and practical help to avoid homelessness, helping clients secure and maintain housing and develop independent living skills.
You will complete support plans, assess risks, coordinate with partners, and contribute to service planning. The role is permanent, 18 hours per week, reporting to the Team Leader/Service Manager,
