As part of this role you will be involved in the enhancement of company systems. This will involve working with .Net technologies, Microsoft Dynamics 365, to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, streamline processes, and provide valuable insights from data. You will play a key role in empowering employees with the tools and information they need to excel in their roles.

• Maintain and enhance existing software platforms: This includes working with legacy systems and supporting ongoing development efforts.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation: Ensure clear and comprehensive documentation is available for all systems.
• Optimize database performance: Conduct thorough database analysis and redesign to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Provide technical support and maintenance: Assist with the resolution of technical issues across various systems, including CRM platforms.
• Manage and resolve technical queries: Effectively address and resolve technical issues raised through a ticketing system.

• .NET Development Expertise: Proficiency in C#, with experience in modern frameworks like Blazor, MVC (desirable).
• Database Proficiency: Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Version Control Mastery: Expertise in Git for effective code management and collaboration.
