What You Will Do
What You Will Do As Agile Team Coach
As an Agile Team Coach, you’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation, inspiring, mentoring and empowering product teams to overcome challenges and deliver their best work. You’ll help create high‑performing, value‑driven teams who can deliver brilliant products faster, smarter and more effectively. You’ll bring energy and clarity to how teams collaborate, solve problems and apply Agile principles in real‑world ways that make a difference.
Beyond the teams themselves, you may also support the wider business in building a culture that champions continuous improvement, rapid learning and high‑value delivery.
- Provide coaching on behaviour, team dynamics and agility, addressing challenges appropriate to the team's maturity level.
- Set clear team growth goals while fostering team ownership and self-organisation.
- Convert insights into actionable solutions, incorporating transparency, inspection, and adaptation principles.
- Collaborate with the international Agile Team Coach community to refine competencies, practices, workshops, trainings, and tools across the organisation.
- Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures by teams.
- Conduct training and workshops that meet the learning needs of the target group and the organisation s goals.
- Model exemplary behaviours for high-value delivering teams, including effective feedback, promoting accountability, active listening, and deep engagement.
- Facilitate the implementation of feedback mechanisms that promote open communication and continual growth throughout the Postcode Lottery Group.
- Continuously enhance your expertise and apply new knowledge innovatively.
- Master s or Honours degree
- You are passionate about applying systemic improvements over local optimisation.
- Significant experience as an Agile Coach in an international setting.
- Proven track record in (team) coaching, facilitating, learning & development.
