Senior Cloud & Integration Engineer; DevOps Lead

• Develop, implement, and maintain solutions that safeguard the bank’s systems and sensitive information.

• Advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness.

• Lead a team performing complex tasks, using well-developed professional knowledge and skills to deliver work that impacts the whole business function.

• Set objectives and coach employees in pursuit of those objectives.

• Perform work that is closely related to that of other areas, which requires understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the organization's sub-function.

Requirements

• TIBCO Business Works Expertise (BW 5/6)
• Strong hands-on experience designing, building, and supporting integrations using TIBCO Business Works, or potentially an alternative product (e.g. Mulesoft)
• Solid experience deploying and running applications on AWS (e.g., ECS/EKS, networking, IAM, monitoring)
• Practical knowledge of containerisation (Docker) and Kubernetes deployments, including CI/CD integration.
• Demonstrated experience working in a true Dev Ops model: build, deploy, support, and operate services end-to-end.
• Experience with messaging systems (e.g., EMS, Kafka, MQ)
• Strong incident management, root cause analysis, and production support practices.
