Responsibilities- Project manage the preparation of digital records (both digital surrogates and born digital) for release online, and process supporting metadata.
- Manage the capture of index data from NRS collections, enabling index-linked digital images for public access.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to developing and testing the Scotland’s People website and other NRS websites.
- Process and respond to user enquiries and investigate any resulting remedial work.
- Contribute to team-based workflows across the Operational Delivery division, ensuring effective communication and shared prioritisation of ongoing issues.
- Support the development of the wider digital archiving function by contributing to strategic projects and initiatives relating to digital access.
