VIAVI AI RSG is a city-scale digital twin of a mobile network. It simulates hundreds of cell sites and thousands of connected devices with realistic radio behaviour over O‑RAN E2 and O1 interfaces, letting customers create and execute events and scenarios that would be impossible on a physical network.

To be considered for this program, you should possess the following:
Undergrad or Graduate Degree from an accredited university in one of the following disciplines:
Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent technical degree.

Experience with C/C++, Python, Windows or Linux Operating Systems, exposure to networking protocols (TCP/IP, 802.11, Bluetooth).

Experience of software development environments and associated tooling. Some engineering related experience outside of the classroom environment like an internship/Co‑Op, hackathon, research project, or related experience. Demonstrated skills in time management and ability work in a collaborative/team environment. Capability to quickly adapt to new projects and changing priorities when needed. Ability/Desire to work on a temporary assignment in another country/location.
