The Role:
AI-first, back-end focused, building in C#, .NET and Azure. using events-driven architecture for powerful, real-time data analytics. Day to day, you'll be:
Driving the evolution of the platform's architecture, spotting opportunities to improve performance, scalability and resilience Owning technical design decisions while staying hands-on through the full development lifecycle, from concept to delivery Championing engineering best practice, clean structure, testability and solid documentation Supporting cloud operations across Microsoft Azure, including App Services, CI/CD pipelines and Azure Front Door Staying ahead of the curve on emerging tools and techniques, including AI-assisted and agentic development workflows Skills Required Strong C# and .NET
expertise, with a track record of designing high-performance, real-time systems Solid database experience Confidence using AI-assisted coding tools and agentic workflows day to day Familiarity with Agile environments and collaborative code review Git and Azure Dev Ops knowledge A strong communicator, able to translate technical detail for non-technical audiences Interested?
