Our software engineers sit in platform teams across Group COO, with each platform aligned to a different part of the business.

And as a Software Engineer graduate, your work will be anything but behind the scenes. You’ll help design, build and maintain the applications, platforms and digital services that millions of customers and colleagues rely on every day.

From mobile banking and cloud infrastructure to AI-enabled solutions, you’ll use your smarts to decide what banking looks like tomorrow.

Throughout this two-year scheme, you’ll do everything a Junior Software Engineer does. And while you build out your technical expertise within a specific team from the outset, your impact will be felt throughout the business.
