Class 2 Delivery Driver

Position: Class 2 Home Delivery Driver
The Best Connection Scotland are currently recruiting for our National Client who is in the market for Class 2 driver to load and deliver to homes throughout the Central Belt Area. You will be part of a 2 man team and will have an experienced 2nd man with you. This role is 5/6 over 7 days and Depot is based in the Edinburgh area with working hours 8am/9am starts to finish (Pd 8hrs min) Basic duties will include:
Loading materials onto vehicle Delivering and unloading to various sites including home delivery General upkeep of vehicle. This can be a physically demanding job so candidate must have a good level of fitness. Requirements:
Class 2 HGV Driving Licence with 6 months min experience Continuous driving for at least 3 months Valid Drivers CPC and Digital Tacho Card Documented work history References Excellent Customer service skills - Must have a good level of English Complete online training at home (Paid) Benefits:
Monday to Friday £14.70ph first 8hrs £22.05ph after 8hrs and Saturday Sun £29.40ph The successful applicants will benefit from the below:
