Job DescriptionClass 2 Driver
Responsibilities- Safely operate an HGV C2 bin lorry on designated routes within Edinburgh.
- Collect and transport waste and recyclables to disposal and recycling facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance of the vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with the public.
- Valid HGV C2 (Class
2) license. - CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification.
- Digital Tachograph card.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
- Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Temporarily ongoing work with no end date. Immediate start.
