Location: City of Edinburgh
Warehouse Storeman / Forklift Driver
Location: West of Edinburgh
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.13 per hour
Contract: Temporary ongoing, with the possibility of temp-to-perm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Storeman / Forklift Driver to join a busy and well‑organised depot based in the West of Edinburgh.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately and efficiently picking pallets and parcels for shipment
- Ensuring all items are packaged in the correct area, ready to be checked and wrapped
- Receiving and recording deliveries of stock
- Loading and unloading vehicles using a forklift
- Keeping the warehouse and work areas clean and tidy
- Assisting customers collecting goods from the depot in a professional and helpful manner
- Working collaboratively with warehouse and office teams
- Communicating effectively with drivers, supervisors, and customers
- Following all health & safety procedures at all times
- Previous forklift experience is essential
- Valid counterbalance forklift licence (dated within the last 3 years)
- Good communication skills and a strong team‑working attitude
- Reliable, organised, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
