Activity Worker​/Driver

Job Overview

Sight Scotland Veterans is looking for an Activity Worker / Driver to join our team at the Linburn Centre on a part‑time basis (30 hours per week). This role delivers and supports a varied programme of activities for veterans, encouraging them to try new experiences, develop skills, and engage with others in a person‑centred and accessible way.

• Deliver a wide range of activities and events for veterans.
• Plan, develop and run activities and events to support the day‑to‑day operation of the service.
• Provide driving and/or escorting duties as required; a full UK driving licence is essential.
• Work closely with colleagues and volunteers to maintain a high standard of delivery.

• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good IT knowledge and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience in social care, recreational or community settings is an advantage.
• Approachable, organised and confident in motivating others.
