Location: City of Edinburgh
First Bus is seeking a Rail Replacement Coordinator in Edinburgh. The role is field-based, on an annualised hours contract with a minimum 10 hours per year.
You will supervise rail replacement bus operations, assist passengers, and coordinate with drivers to ensure safety and efficiency. The position requires a proactive customer-service mindset, flexibility for weekend shifts, and the ability to work independently while using initiative.
