We’re now looking for a reliable Yard Operative to join our team at our Uckfield branch.

What You’ll Be Doing

Load and unload materials and timber
Pick and prepare customer orders
Assist customers collecting goods from the yard
Maintain a clean, organised and safe yard area
Operate forklift trucks (if trained)
Follow all health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

Good communication and customer service skills
Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
Full UK driving licence
Yard or builders’ merchant experience (desirable)
Sales or product knowledge is a bonus

Working Hours

Monday – Friday 07:00–17;00
Monday - Friday 07:00 - 17:00 Every other Saturday 08:00-12:00
