• Prepare tax returns for individuals, all types of business entities, gift and estate tax filings, and non-profit organizations.
• Prepare multi-state tax returns for both businesses and individuals.
• Handle international tax compliance matters.
• Conduct financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations.
• Perform audits of 401(k) plans and other pension plans.
• Represent clients in audits with the IRS and state tax authorities.
• Manage sales tax and payroll tax compliance.
• Provide comprehensive accounting services to clients.

• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in a U.S. public accounting firm, with exposure to diverse audits, tax, and accounting functions.
• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in the State of New Jersey.
• Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
