Client OverviewOur client is a well‑established and rapidly growing healthcare solutions NJ‑based organization that is looking for their next Accounting Analyst. An individual with prior experience in accounting and financial analysis is at a significant advantage.
Salary/Hourly Rate$35/hr – $37/hr
Position OverviewThe Accounting Analyst will be responsible for senior accounting duties and will take on ad‑hoc analysis and reporting responsibilities. Senior accounting experience and proficiency in advanced Excel are required. The Accounting Analyst will need to have the ability to work in a team setting. 5–10 years of experience in general accounting with advanced technical skills is a must.
Responsibilities Of The Accounting Analyst- Month‑end reporting and closing.
- Assisting with the monthly reconciliation process.
- Supporting new software implementation.
- Ad‑hoc financial analysis.
- Accounting and analyst experience.
- Proficiency in Excel – pivot tables & macros.
- Prior exposure to a larger ERP system.
- High attention to detail.
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable experience.
- Advanced experience with Excel and ERP software.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required.
