Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Edison, NJ - Onsite

Salary: $95 – 110k base plus bonus

Senior Accountant opportunity in Edison, NJ with a growing company. The Senior Accountant will be primarily responsible for preparing the financial statements, managing audits and month end close. An ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of accounting experience.

• Manage month end and quarter end close
• Prepare financial statements and provide underlying analysis
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and accounting standards.
• Oversee mid-year and year end audits and prepare various documents.
• Prepare forecast projections.
• Lead management reporting
• Analyze costs and projections to fuel decision making
• Manage GL balances and postings. Reconcile accounts to the GL
• Conduct internal audits.
• Prepare reports analyzing fixed asset acquisitions and depreciation.
• Perform financial data analytics on current and prospective clients.
• Lead procedures to ensure proper data flow through the system

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of general accounting experience.
• Construction, manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of general ledger and financial statements.
• Strong Microsoft Suite skills.
