Staff Accountant

Step into a Staff Accountant role where Cost Accounting and Tableau shape budgets, audits, and long-range planning every day. The whole arrangement rewards initiative — $149,000 - $205,000 to start, finance ownership throughout, and Realty Partners Group backing every step.

• Assist with quarterly investor reporting and make-it-better financial narratives
• Run the part-time close for a lead ledger you fully own
• Hand leadership a forecast they trust enough to hire against
• Convert a messy chart of accounts into something a newcomer can read
• Prepare board-ready financial packages and fast-moving executive summaries
• Reconcile merchant fees against statements that never quite match
• Stand in for the Edison controller when close cannot wait

• Comfort with the part-time cadence of an Edison-based operation
• A point of view on Realty Partners Group's space, sharpened by your own reading
• A communication style that translates jargon back into plain English
• A growth mindset that treats feedback as fuel, not threat

You won't find Realty Partners Group on every billboard, but inside finance circles across NJ, this self-directed team is well known. People here care as much about how we work together as what we ship.
