A growing CPA firm is looking for a Tax Director, Senior Manager or Junior Partner to take responsibility for an established $3M book of business
.
The client base is predominantly high-net-worth individuals connected to real estate
, and the successful person will work alongside the existing Partner while taking responsibility for servicing and growing the book from day one.
This is not a role where you wait years for somebody to retire. The existing Partner is staying with the business, giving you support and continuity while allowing you to build your own relationships and grow additional revenue.
The opportunity- Take responsibility for an existing $3M client book
- Work with HNW and real estate clients
- Lead senior client relationships
- Oversee an established support team
- Provide tax planning, advisory and compliance oversight
- Develop new relationships and originate additional revenue
- Build your own book alongside the existing portfolio
- Current Tax Director, Senior Tax Manager, Principal or Junior Partner
- Strong public accounting background
- Strong client relationship skills
- Evidence of clients or revenue you have personally won
- CPA strongly preferred
$200K–$250K depending on experience.
- Flexible working is available for the right person.
