East Coast Emergency, LLC is seeking a polished, personable, and highly dependable Front Office Coordinator to join our team. The Front Office Coordinator will be the first impression of our best‑in‑class company. You’ll greet visitors with warmth, handle inquiries with polish, and ensure that every guest and team member feels welcomed and valued the moment they step through the door. - $16 -$20 per hour, based on experience

Position is located in Millstone, NJ, through the end of 2025. Move to the new building in Edison, NJ - January 2026.
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly, professional attitude
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Ensure the front office is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Handle basic administrative tasks and provide support to internal teams
- Be a dependable and punctual presence

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use general office equipment
