VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Position: Dispatch Secretary – Transportation
Date: October 15, 2026
Effective: Immediately
Salary: Based on the 2026-27 Approved Camden County Board of Education Salary Schedule
QUALIFICATIONS- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to multi-task and work with deadlines
- Must be able to accommodate morning and afternoon route schedules
- Performs the usual office practices associated with a productive and smoothly run office
- Use office machines and equipment in an efficient and productive manner including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Exhibits pleasant behavior when dealing with public or other employees
- Establishes and maintains an efficient filing and retrieval system for assigned area
- Interacts positively with staff, students, parents and the community
- Maintains confidentiality and professionalism regarding student and school system affairs
SECURITY CLEARANCE: House Bill 1187 mandates that all certificated individuals new
to the school system, after July 1, 1994, submit to fingerprinting and a criminal record check.
