Mercedes-Benz of Edison, a Ray Catena dealership is seeking a highly experienced Automotive Biller to join our accounting team. This role is typically filled through long-term tenure and has become available only due to transition, making it a unique opportunity for the right professional.

This position is intended for an established automotive biller who values precision, discretion, and operating at the highest standards within a luxury dealership environment.

The Automotive Biller is a critical position responsible for the accurate, compliant processing of all vehicle transactions. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Accounting leadership to ensure financial integrity and operational excellence.

• End-to-end billing of new and pre-owned vehicle transactions
• Final review of deal jackets for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
• Manufacturer billing, incentives, and rebate processing
• Title, DMV, and contract documentation oversight
• Posting vehicle sales, commissions, and accounting entries
• Managing contracts-in-transit and receivables
• Ensuring compliance with Mercedes-Benz and state regulations

• Proven experience as an automotive biller (luxury brand experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of dealership accounting procedures
• Proficiency with DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealer track, etc.)
• Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Professional, discreet, and confident in a high-expectation environment
