Description
TEKsystems is looking to bring in an operations coordinator to work on the Biomedical Engineering team. Bio Med Program Operations Specialist (Clinical Engineering Operations Coordinator) focuses on enabling a consistent, high‑performing equipment service program through intake, dispatch coordination, reporting, inventory integrity, and governance support across biomedical devices and diagnostic imaging maintenance services.
Responsibilities- Operate as a central coordination point for equipment service workflows, supporting the “single access point” intake model for service calls and ensuring accurate routing, tracking, and follow‑through.
- Coordinate service dispatch logistics and status tracking in alignment with required coverage expectations (including 24×365 dispatch/coverage models where applicable).
- Maintain operational reporting cadence: service volumes, response times, open work order aging, PM completion, downtime trends, parts delays, and escalation events.
- Drive timely ad‑hoc reporting and issue tracking to support Bio Med leadership decision‑making (including rapid‑turn requests).
- Support equipment inventory integrity by coordinating additions/deletions, reconciliations, and documentation standards; assist with physical inventory validation activities when required.
- Coordinate recall and alert workflow support (e.g., equipment recall notifications and related documentation readiness for regulatory needs).
- Coordinate documentation hygiene: ensuring service records, test documentation, and supporting artefacts are captured, retrievable, and audit‑ready.
- Support vendor operational readiness activities (transition coordination, site access planning, stakeholder scheduling, and implementation task tracking).

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 – $70.00/hr.
