Position Summary

We're seeking an organized, detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to own end-to-end, bi-weekly multi-state payroll and benefits administration for a diverse employee population. Prior experience in an MSP environment and a staffing company is a definite plus.

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years hands-on payroll experience with Paychex or similar platforms.
• Advanced Excel, and solid Word/Outlook skills.
• Precision in data entry and recordkeeping; highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication with employees and external partners.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently under deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting (or equivalent experience).
• Bonus:
  Prior MSP/staffing payroll experience.
