Compensation Range: $55,520 - $87,120. Possible Bonus: 7.5%.

• Enter customer orders and address price discrepancies / contract issues.
• Enter credit memos and coordinate return authorizations with minimal support.
• Enter customer complaints / feedback in ITS and proactively collect additional data needed for investigation.
• Proactively reach out to customers to secure orders.
• Manage customer portals.
• Handle key‑account transactions and participate in meetings with assigned key accounts and account managers.
• Support key accounts and account managers with limited face‑to‑face customer visits.
• Manage conflict resolution autonomously.
• Communicate and manage delays with customer, planning and logistics (rescheduling / re‑planning critical loads).
• Demonstrate basic contracting concepts such as balances and sales forecasting.
• Assist with training new customer‑support team members.
• Manage onboarding of new customer‑account relationships in collaboration with sales account managers.

• Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
• Can handle escalations, respond independently, and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiencies.
• Requires a BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• Requires a minimum of 5 years of customer‑service experience in a similar industry or related experience in inside sales or sales support.
