Handle shipments and ensure profitability;
Establish task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignments;

Track and trace incoming shipments with airlines, steam ship lines and other NVOCC carriers and ensure customers are informed of each milestone;
Work directly with carriers to coordinate and follow up incoming shipments;
Convert and verify shipment weight and volume.
