Our client, a home and apparel company, is looking for a Senior Designer for their home team to join them in New Jersey!

• Own the end-to-end design process for home hardlines products across multiple categories
• Create market-ready designs encompassing form, materials, colorways, and surface finishes
• Conceptualize packaging and graphic solutions that align with brand standards and retailer guidelines
• Collaborate closely with product development, sourcing, and sales teams to move ideas from concept through production
• Design within established cost goals while accounting for materials, tooling requirements, and manufacturing limitations
• Develop and present line reviews, internal presentations, and customer-facing materials
• Manage project schedules to ensure all design milestones are delivered on time

• Five or more years of professional design experience within home, kitchen, bath, storage, or consumer hardlines categories
• Strong familiarity with mass and big-box retail environments such as Target, Walmart, Home Depot, and Lowe’s
• Ability to thoughtfully balance trend, functionality, and commercial performance
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong deadline management skills
• Clear, confident communicator who works effectively in cross-functional teams
