Coverage Needed:

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Clinical Details:
- Core interventional pain procedures performed under fluoroscopy
- Includes ESIs, TFEs, MBBs, RFAs, and joint injections
- Preferred:
Vascular/varicose vein procedures, including RFA and sclerotherapy
Requirements:
- Active NJ license in hand
