Opportunity Overview:

* Medical staff requirements: BC or within 5 years of residency in pediatric emergency medicine (PEM) or pediatrics (EMP, PE, Ped) with emergency medicine experience.

* Newly graduating pediatric residents may receive additional training prior to working independently

* EMR:
Epic

* 14 private ED pediatric beds

* 12% admission rate

* 24 hours pediatric emergency medicine physician coverage per day

* 10 hours of pediatric advanced practice clinician coverage per day

* 20 bed pediatric inpatient unit with 24 hour in-house Pediatric hospital medicine team

Competitive compensation with an estimated base salary range of $165 to $220 hourly. This role provides the option for employee or IC status. Full-time employee clinicians are eligible for an excellent comprehensive benefits package to include: 401(k) plan, health, dental and vision insurance, long and short term disability, FSA, group term life insurance, and employee assistance program.
