**** We are looking for an eager individual…
** To join our team as an Energy Technician! This is an entry level position where you will work alongside team members and learn how to install energy efficiency measures to reduce home energy bills for residential customers.
** No prior experience needed.
** We provide on-the-job training where you will learn how to:
* Install energy savings measures including attic insulation (batts and blown), caulking, light bulbs, shower heads, baseboards, thermostats and electric water heaters
* Perform minor repairs to include windows and doors
* Assist with loading and unloading work trucks
* Assist with keeping the job site organized and safe
* Assist with job site set up and tear down
** Physical Demands/Requirements
*** Able to work in different weather conditions including extreme hot and cold weather
* Sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
* Crawl, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or reach often working in crawl spaces and under mobile homes for part of the workday
* Use repetitive hand motion & use of basic hand and power tools
* Use of a ladder at various heights (up to 3 stories)
* Lift, carry or push up to 50 pounds as needed
** Target Compensation:**$22.00 - $26.00 based on experience
* This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company.

Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass apost-offer, pre-employment drug testand consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license,and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass adrugtest and maintain a clean driving recordas an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
