In this role you will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of water and wastewater treatment solutions that help safeguard our natural resources and ensure sustainable water management practices.

• Create engineering designs for water and wastewater treatment facilities, water and sewer systems, pipelines, pump stations, remediation sites, and solid waste facilities.
• Review draft designs and reports for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Perform site reviews and studies to ensure designs align with location specifications.
• Perform water quality analyses and modeling.
• Develop technical papers and design documentation for publication.
• Collaborate with sales staff to craft proposals in response to RFPs.
• Meet with clients to review design needs and attend conferences to promote the firm.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff, and supervise their work as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Certification as an Engineer in Training (EIT) or passing the FE exam within 18 months of hire.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required (approximately 10%).
• Equivalent additional directly related experience may compensate for a degree.

• Expert knowledge of CADD 3D/4D software.
• Expert knowledge of engineering principles of design.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft business software (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Range: $89,565 - $147,763. All bonuses are discretionary.
