Responsibilities- Create engineering designs for water and wastewater treatment facilities, water and sewer systems, pipelines, pump stations, remediation sites, and solid waste facilities.
- Review draft designs and reports for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Perform site reviews and studies to ensure designs align with location specifications.
- Perform water quality analyses and modeling.
- Develop technical papers and design documentation for publication.
- Collaborate with sales staff to craft proposals in response to RFPs.
- Meet with clients to review design needs and attend conferences to promote the firm.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff, and supervise their work as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
- Certification as an Engineer in Training (EIT) or passing the FE exam within 18 months of hire.
- 5 years of related experience.
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required (approximately 10%).
- Equivalent additional directly related experience may compensate for a degree.
- Expert knowledge of CADD 3D/4D software.
- Expert knowledge of engineering principles of design.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft business software (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

CompensationPay Range: $89,565 - $147,763. All bonuses are discretionary.
