Join CDM Smith as an Environmental Engineer in the Environmental Services team. This entry‑level role is open to 2026 graduates.

• Review shop drawings, develop engineering specifications, and conduct fieldwork.
• Create designs and prepare remediation documents to meet client project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Prepare draft designs and reports; review remediation documents.
• Conduct site reviews and studies as needed.
• Contribute to technical knowledge management through white papers and design documentation.
• Collaborate on conference materials such as posters or presentations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 0 years of experience (entry level). Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; 20% travel expected.
• Valid driver's license.

• Basic knowledge of CADD 3D and 4D software and practices.
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles of design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum: $61,526 – Maximum: $101,525 (annual)
