Stark Tech is actively looking for a Senior Building Controls Technician
.

• Conduct semi-complex maintenance tests and analyze existing BAS systems.
• Advise Project Managers, technicians, and external providers on issue resolutions.
• Interpret mechanical drawings, configure, calibrate, and test sensors, actuators, and field devices.
• Load, test, and confirm communication among BAS controllers.
• Perform system check-out, commissioning, and document results.
• Assist lead technician during owner training.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships to enhance business prospects.

• Five (5) years of experience with Building Automation Controls Systems, especially Schneider Electric, Smart Struxure, I/A, Andover Continuum, and/or Tridium Niagara R2/AX/N4.
• Five (5) year experience with Building Automation Systems and Protocols.
• Basic Ethernet networking including setting up IP addresses and network communication.
• MS Office Suite experience and strong computer skills.
• Knowledge of Building Automation Control systems with troubleshooting experience.
• Basic low voltage electrical testing skills.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Ability to travel extensively with a valid Driver's License.

• Associated degree or 3 years of Vocational Technical Training.
• Experience with LON, BACnet, Mod Bus, and Metasys.
