Senior Tax Manager – Finance

Iselin, NJ | Hybrid 2-3 days office, Full-Time

Seeking a hard‑working CPA / MST a plus with Global Corporate Income tax experience with a US Company. US taxation experience (federal & state) needed with exposure to International tax preferred. Strong Microsoft skill set (MS Word, Excel, PPT) with analytical thinking required. Will work closely with experienced leadership team in the United States, Europe & APAC.

• Lead global taxation function consisting of two income tax professionals. Strong knowledge of US and Indian taxation a plus.
• Preparation of oversight of quarterly and year‑end provision process and income tax reporting under US GAAP.
• Preparation and oversight of transfer pricing adjustments under OECD rules. Coordination and completion of transfer pricing studies with external consultants.
• Oversight and preparation of Canadian GST and United Kingdom VAT returns.
• Collaborate with Global Controller and Geo Finance teams on year‑end audit and reporting requirements.
• Facilitate global tax compliance and risk management with centralized tax provider.

• Income Tax professional with CPA and MST a plus 5+ years of experience, including experience in a multi‑entity, multi‑currency environment in software/tech companies.
• Strong understanding of ASC 740 & FIN 48 and comfort with income tax disclosures.
• Big 4 experience an advantage but will consider income tax professionals with commensurate private experience, especially with private‑equity backed companies.
• Some exposure to global transfer pricing requirements and benchmarking analysis.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial controls.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and analytical professional with excellent collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
