Role OverviewHave a strong foundation in tax returns but feel ready for something more? If you’re tired of the repetitive cycle of compliance work and want to spend more of your time directly helping clients save money through proactive tax planning, this is your opportunity.
At DiLucci CPA Firm, we’ve been serving business owners and real estate investors since 2005. We do tax differently by going beyond compliance, uncovering opportunities others miss, and helping clients keep more of what they earn.
As a Senior Tax Planner, you’ll work directly with business owners to identify tax-saving opportunities, develop personalized strategies, and make a tangible difference in their financial lives. You’ll own your client relationships, lead planning conversations, and deliver 10–15 customized tax plans per month, followed by ongoing quarterly planning.
This is an opportunity to put your tax expertise to work in a more strategic, relationship-driven role where clients genuinely appreciate the value you bring. You’ll have the autonomy to own your work, make professional judgments, and collaborate with firm leadership on complex planning matters.
You’ll thrive here if you love solving problems, communicating with clients, and seeing the direct impact of your expertise.
