Job Description

Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner (PT, OT, or SLP License Required) – Start‑up your own outpatient pediatric clinic! You help kids thrive; we help your business grow. You will focus on your patients & families while we handle the business side: marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, systems, etc., so you can excel without burning out.

Location

We go where the clinician and their relationships are. We are open to exploring locations that work for you and your local community! This clinic does not yet exist and would be considered a start‑up clinic.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in the respective state (treating component required).
• Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.

Compensation

Annual Base Pay: $85,000 – $100,000*
