Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule:

  • Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Weekends:
    Morning availability required (exact hours may vary)
Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team, providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism. The BT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans in either a center-based or in-home setting.

Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA therapy programs as designed and supervised by a BCBA.
  • Work directly with children with autism to build communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Utilize evidence-based behavior intervention strategies.
  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
  • Collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team to ensure consistency in interventions.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Required:

    At least 1 year of experience as a Behavior Technician working with children with autism.
  • Preferred:
    Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Completion of a 40-hour RBT training required (Free training provided by Agency).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while following treatment plans.
  • Reliable transportation for in-home sessions.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
