The Risk Management Specialist coordinates and participates in a variety of roles associated with the operation of the Medical Center's enterprise risk management functions, including ONElink event reportingestaan system, incident investigation and claims management. This position utilizes risk management strategies to reduce liability exposures and limit financial impact for the Medical Center and all team members.

** Registered Nurse Preferred**

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years healthcare enterprise risk management experience.
• Legal support or insurance/claims investigation and settlement may be accepted with other additional applicable healthcare management experience.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to health care enterprise risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

• RN or related clinical experience.
• CPHRM certification within one year of employment.
