The Manager, New Business is responsible for the research and evaluation of new business strategies that bring innovation to Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH). This evaluation will include the assessment of clinical need, research of emerging trends, determining financial viability, regulatory impact and internal stakeholder champions. This position will work with internal stakeholders to develop business plans in support of new business concepts.

Once new business ideas are approved, the position will assist in the project management of new business lines towards implementation.

This position will offer a hybrid schedule based on business needs.

• Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Healthcare, Development, and Technical Area of expertise.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Planning, Consumer Industry, Health Care services development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Google Suite platforms.

• Master's degree.
