Allegro Harrington Park is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Harrington Park, NJ. The RA assists with daily living activities, observes changes, documents care, and communicates with nurses and families to promote safety and dignity.
This part-time role offers flexible shifts including 1st and 2nd shifts, PRN scheduling, and weekend work. A CNA is preferred; CPR/First Aid is required; state licensure rules apply.
